C) Position: Human Resource Executive

Based in Dalat – 1 position

REQUIREMENT

  • Preferable possess with Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience with proven track record in execution and enforcement in the related field
  • Pleasant personality, good working attitude, a problem solver and good at time management
  • Provides end to end support and overall HR processing which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, and benefits administration
  • Maintain employees’ leave, medical and attendance records
  • To prepare and responsible for accurately typed letters, forms and documents in relation in HR matters.
  • Other duties as per assigned from time to time

 

D) Position: Student’s Affair Executive

Based in Dalat – 1 position
Based in Lawas – 1 position

REQUIREMENT

  • Preferable possess with Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience with proven track record in execution and enforcement in the related field
  • Pleasant personality, good working attitude, a problem solver and good at time management
  • Able to provide documentation for unit or department meeting
  • Assisting the day-to-day operations of the unit;
  • Assisting the manager in the process of keeping the records and personal information of the trainees in the course;
  • Assist in the provision of trainee loan assistance
  • Assist in managing the payment of living allowances to trainees;
  • Maintain the welfare of trainees during the course of their studies (medical / food / accommodation treatment and etc);
  • Assisting the manager in coordinating and implementing trainee activities during the course of study;
  • Assisting staff in managing retirement trainees' records and failing to complete training at CENTEXS;
  • Assist in handling any complaints or any issues relating to the trainee;
  • Helps in managing records and files from time to time

REQUIREMENT

  • Preferable possess at least Level 1, 2 or 3 in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia or Diploma in related field

  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Melayu

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) Information Technology , Computer Science , Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 - 5years working experience in the telecommunication or IT field (Datacom), multiple vendor product networking experience or with more than 3 years experience in Information Technology/Telecommunication education.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse reports
  • Able to work under pressure and under minimal supervision
  • Position requires individual who is capable of self-managing, multi-tasking and details oriented
  • Excellence interpersonal skill, communication skills, proactive, critical thinker and problem solver

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field required.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in the telecommunication or IT field (Datacom), multiple vendor product networking experience or with more than 3 years’ lecture experience in Information Technology/Telecommunication education.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse reports.
